About Us

Villa Del Pueblo is a new resort designed and built by Mark and Thelma Kilroy Thelma. Mark a British Citizen who has been living in the Philippines for seventeen years. They only discovered the beautiful Island of Panglao six years ago and decided to make it there home. Mark and Thelma have a daughter Marianne who is now Sixteen.
